Haha, well it's at least true in this case. Of course, that doesn't speak much for the logo itself that they have to decorate it and hide it to make it look alright.

Logo looks wakk. I am disappointed at the fact that that logo is gonna be put on public televison. Make some of those letters come alive. Like make some of the letters be animals or something.

Insightful. Are you already on your way to spamming things up with post #2?

Thanks for the warm welcome to the website, sorry I didn't go into more detail about why and why I don't like the obviously terrible new Animal Planet logo.

First of all I don't watch television so I don't know much about Animal Planet as a brand. It's difficult to dissect this logo because there are not many good things about it other than what I stated in my prior post.

Perhaps the letters in "Animal" are jumbled and stretched to represent the enormous amount of variety in the animal kingdom. "Planet" is not representing solidity and stability? It's too 2D to represent such a large network covering such a large topic.

Happy? I'm competent, I promise.

We get a lot of spammers round these parts, so some people might be more... trigger happy. But if you think that was a harsh welcome, you haven't seen enough of this forum.

Stick around. We like competent people. Hell we'll even settle for remote competence. Too many trolls...
