i would advise doing some other options, they are kinda bad, the two of them it is for what kind of company?

i dont know what your business is but you dont have to put the .net in your logo, reminds me of the era of the dot com crash. every company though it was so cool to have a website.

You can use whatever you want, of course.
Butterflies have gone out of fashion though, since every piece of vector art produced between 2002 and 2006 was stuffed with the things.
It should be possible to twist the letters of KOMPANI into a distinctive logo without the need for an extraneous symbol.

IMO your logo should symbolize your identity, i am not aware what your company is about but try to have some relevant image/art for your logo.
I think you can also have a great LOGO just using text-words without any image with attractive color scheme.

If you ask me regarding those logo's really I was not impressed with them

Logo

you can use it, but the first one is nice and creative. actually you have to take a professional logo which suits you brand and business. see to that it is creative and attractive even this kind of logo drags customers for business.

Hmm.. try using another typeface. The ones that you chose don't seem too compelling. Also try using different colors.

the only thing i like about ur butterflies is that it is calligraphy art.

i get confuse when i look at No1 (one on the left)
it all depends if the business likes it or not. but you will get rejections in time to come with other clients so be careful.

also does it represent the business. does the business need to display the creativity in the logo?
will the business be popular enough in any need to change or advance the logo further down the track.

what i see is a 5 yr plan with standards as good as it gets
WYSIWYG

peace
p.s i hope i wasnt being harsh. you did a good job tho.
