Concept behind it? What does the company do? (Recovering from flu so might be being very thick right now )

Type seems very small within the overall block, and the tiny detailing will be hard to make out at a lot of sizes including in print I'd have thought.

General web monkeyage really. it's just an old site i had, and created my limited company with the same name after mentioning it to someone who thought it would be a funky name for a web agency/studio.

where's my site?? oh, it's nearly done... yadda yadda yadda..

and i needed a name and already had the domain so went with it. just want something simple really, as i'm not going to be aiming to get any work through this site as i'm a contractor, it'll really be a portfolio I suppose.

Not sure if 'nearly done' is a much of a positive message.
Sounds like your work never really gets finnished?

I'd drop it altogher and probably go for something like 'doneanddusted' or 'blitzed-it' sommit.

cheers for the suggestion sub, but like I say the names already been registered, and the business has really only been set up so i can give mr brown less wonga!!

the client list will have quotes along the lines of "nearly done?? ha! was finished before I could even say nearly done!" and suchlike...

i think you mis-understand centro. the client is saying that i'm quick at what i do. or at least that's what i'll want them to say!

sorry mate but the logo is shit, it is overly cluttered with stuff i dont understand (like the box with the corner cut off, or the morse code), the size of the box behind the type is too big to be used as a kitemark, the images/marks don't suggest what you do (ie design) the typeface (the sans?) is better used for annual reports not headliner - the use of point sizes and kerning are confusing and the colours aren't very positive in terms of generating an impression for clients.
In terms of the choice of name, i'm not a copywriter or pr person so i couldn't comment.
