Corporate Logo

This logo is for a mexican design, marketing and publicity company , so I'm looking for different opinions or advises to select or improve the logo design .
I'm trying to represent the creativity (with the small icon) and at the same time: presicion, elite, seriousness (with light and straight typogrphy).

Sorry, my english is not so good .
Gretings from México!!

Seems to be a good start...
I like the Blue and the Green-but i think the green is too light... and the black 'Render' may look better as a dark gray (50%-60%K). Or try treating both words (Render and Medialab) with the same color.
The typeface is definitely light and straight... but i'm not sure if effectively communicates '...precision, elite, serious'
The typeface looks like Myriad... inspired by Frutiger... which doesn't really embody the look of any of your main-objectives. Myraid isn't bad for information graphics, and definitely isn't a bad looking font. But you might want to explore a few others.
Good start though! Keep going.

the second one stands out most to me, and seems most balanced

i agree, the blue looks solid to me, the mixture of 3 colours screams unbalanced and somewhat unprofessional, but thats just my opinion
