Maintain brand when emailing invoices
Have a client who wants to start emailing invoices instead of printing and mailing. Problem is they want to maintain the design of the invoice. The file was in Quark, so I assumed it could be exported into a PDF and from there edited by the client in Acrobat professional. Problem is, when editing the PDF it in Acrobat the text-box doesn't hold its shape when adding text. Essentially, the copy doesn't wrap. Does anyone know a way to do this? I would like to offer the client an easy way for them to create and send invoices while still maintaining the design. cheers for any help. |
