sorry for the rant...bad experiences with them...

Maybe SBC can make some improvements, and not just with the logo.

AT&T Wireless? Didn't they drop their wireless services or was that just in south central states? We got switched to "Alltel" - went and got a new phone the other day and transferred my account over to them (free, of course...phone was $20).

AT&T Wireless became Cingular here. It was good to see them go...by far the worst mobile service provider ever. I should have just been carrying around one of these old bricks:

Yeah, they became Cingular here, too. For a couple months. Now Alltel has their regional network.

Bunch of worthless fucks. My old plan had 450 minutes, free long distance, national calling (I could even call from Canada and not get charged extra), free text messages, etc. For $40/month.

The best Alltel could give me was 1000 minutes (I almost never use 100...wtf do I need 1000 for), free long distance/mobile-to-mobile, but I can't leave the region (Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas - whoopdie fucking doo) or it'll charge me $0.59/minute. No text (or it costs more). No web (or it costs more). No insurance on the phone (or it costs more). For the same fucking price!

Give me back my AT&T!

Do the 3-d effects seem to work behind the "globe"? They don't seem to match (logically and all).
