Logo crit needed

Currently doing a Brand Identity from scratch for a local Social Services Complaints department

Finding this quite tricky. thaught I'd work on the logo, and build from there. Deliverables include flyers, posters, leaflets... Splash page. Internall coms...

So it needs to be adaptable. What do you think so far?

Thanks

I like them. My choice would be #3. Maybe work on the apostrophe as it may not be instantly recognisable.

Hmm. I'm really sorry, it does nothing for me.
It's just commas, doesn't say anything about complaints...
The first one is somewhat ok, but you need to play a little more with it.

One more thing: consider posting a jpeg/png/gif. pdfs are very annoying...

I was trying to make it looks like speech marks (")

My concept was that complaining is all about communication. Weather that be written, typed, or verbal. I think the speech mark described that. But a couple of you have said it looks like a comma?

Perhaps it's not working then?

Speech marks usually mean verbal communication? I don't know how the complaints dept works over there, but I'd imagine the complaint idea relates more to writing?

In my country we use a dash to mark a dialogue, so maybe it just does not work for me.

Good point Emilpaun.

No it's not just verbal, there's a phone-line, letters, email, and soon to be text.
I also liked No.3 as the speech marks somewhat resembled a happy face talking, which is what the outcome hopefully will be after complaining.

ok, gonna try to post the jpg now...

No 1 on the original, its a nice idea to have the speech marks look like they are in conversation. Well done

Thanks cantona. Nobody picked up on that, I wasn't sure if it was to subtle?

I've developed the No1 idea and No 3. Any coments? Ideas how to develop it further?

Also need to do a house style! Bit of a rush job this as I'm meeting the client tomorrow
