We have no need for poncy flowery arty-farty workshy fops with nothing better to do than smoke wacky backy and talk about Deviantart.

But seriously, I really don't want an illustrators section that will rapidly become filled with fucking manga kittens and god knows what else. The standard showcase section is enough of a nightmare as it is, lets not attract more loons.

Ah fuck it, i suppose it'll be a laugh - bring on the MS Paint brigade.

Illustration is as valuable as any other form of design.

Web design turns up more non committed charlatan weirdos here than Illustration would.

I scan showcase and if i don't recognise any names as a regular, i don't look cos i know it'll be shit.

Personally, i think we should lock off membership.

you cant say illustration is not design that is ridiculous, i do agree with you about the crap that is out there and the "poncy flowery arty-farty" stuff your on a bout but what about people like si scott who designs for people like orange etc although he is an illustrator and miles more successful a designer you will ever be and thats not being a twat its the truth
