Random Image javascript
Ok, I've got a random image script on the homepage that I'm working on..... But, is it possible to have a similar thing that uses .swf's instead of .gifs and .jpgs ?? Does anyone know if that can be done ?? (presumably with a different script) Ta fuck signatures

correct, don't quote him. they're placed on the page using different code. <img src="whatever.whatever"> whereas flash requires the swf to be embedded in the page. you'd have to go php or asp for this. |

that makes sense - so could you ask the Javascript to call imbed instead of img src? |

how about creating a movie that calls at random either swfs, jpegs or gifs from a specified folder, for a specified period of time. that way, you'd only have to add/delete images or swfs to the folder and not re-create the main swf each time you wanted to add an image? |
