Anyone know of a good one? There's tons out there so looking for a recommendation if possible.

Just needs to be easy to configure/customize, php/mysql, users able to subscribe/unsubscribe etc.

Well, the way I see it is the best customized and best configured programs/scripts are ones that you wrote yourself. If you don't know PHP though, it may not be that easy... but still that's my outlook on it

Newsletter Software will also suit your needs. Though, it's not free either.
