Good luck! Those are all great links - essential, really. I'm someone who prefers learning from books than reading on a screen. So, if you are too, I'll recommend some excellent books on designing with web standards and CSS. Designing with Web Standards - Jeffrey Zeldman - this book is more preachy than the others, but it's a great overview. Web Standards Solutions - Dan Cederholm - this is THE book that really got me going. Provides practical solutions. CSS: The Definitive Guide - Eric Meyer - this is essential - it explains everything you need to know regarding CSS1, 2, and 2.1. CSS: Separating Content from Presentation - another good CSS book. These are the four that I've read through and use on a regular basis. |
