Java Applet

I know they can be a little cheesy, but thats what I want.

Im looking a water applet to responds to movement of the mouse over an image, but I havent go the first clue on how to make it work.

If someone could be kind enough to point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Don't do it at all, you crazy.

Btw, if you're looking for stuff to do - I can't access your site because of a load of security issues.

I guess the idea behind it isn't terrible... it just looks a bit cack. Maybe you could find a use somewhere, but all the ones I can think of would involve a lot of other extras to make them look any good.
