They look like the scientists from Half Life with those sucker things on their heads.

I like the last logo best, definately succeeds in being playful. What is supposed to be the horns on the logo makes it look more like an infant character with its arms up.

I think I like it without the aliens things. Just the logotype on it's own.

I think you need to use the same weighting on the stroke for those icons. so the antlers are the same thickness.

I dont like the typework at all.

i think the photos will turn out well though. why not. Crazy japs will lap it up

I'm loving those random octopus dudes. Yeah - not sure about the type. Am I right that the circles are exactly equal to the x-height? You have to make sure that they are slightly larger than is geometrically correct so that they look right optically. At the moment it looks like the Bs are slightly higher than the As. There's also some clogging in the joins of the As. This might help you understand it a little more: Design Assembly » Blog Archive » Making geometric type work

I don't like the icons. I'm sure you can do a better representation of those awesome, hugely memorable characters you have there. The geometric/circular approach isn't working for me right now.

Look a little like itsy and bisty those squid types.
Anyone remember them or am I showing my age?

Think type is nice but with characters the same shape seems to blend a little eaier together than it should.

looks like we are going for one and four. One for straight branding - website and such - four for packaging and so on.

The site will run in Japanese but the target market is people who like strange shit I guess. Working on vinyl resin heads that fit on kubrick figures, hopefully will get picked up by mediacom at some point but I'm not counting my chickens.

Thanks for the feedback

thanks for the advice.

the font is indeed custom made (just like my other logos; hawkenking.com and facemakr.com) and based on a grid. This is quite a turn up for the books as I kerned it for once, where as most of my other work is mono-spaced.

Well, as far a branding goes, I don't think anyone will likely confuse it with anything else.

BTW, your custom faces are great. I hope they are a success for you.
