would it be possible to insert a frame inside the two black lines [vertical] so i can load different pages from there?. On dreamweaever there only seems to be the option of inserting pre-positioned frames from the frames menu.

also, i would like to centre the layout table, so it is always in the centre of the screen, no matter what the size. this shud b possible as the areas outside the vertical lines are blank.

why do you want a frame in there? frames are bad.

read up on frames: http://www.htmlhelp.com/faq/html/frames.html

but don't use one.

dream beaver has an option to push and pull frames about. use the mouse.
