Hi guys ...

Need some help with this kinda texture / effect ( torn edges ), how is this possible using Fireworks mx2004...let me know if there are some tuts or something ..

I think that I purely a photo.
My recommendation - get paper from artstore, photograph it, manipulate.
There is a chance that Extensis PhotoFrame might offer something suitable too.

You might downlaod some brushes for Photoshop from http://www.misprintedtype.com oh wait a second you are using fireworks - never mind then...
