making Div's On a Image i have as a Layout?

Hey i'm a bit stuck , or im being Extremely Stupid i have made a layout in Photoshop a .Png file and dragged it in Dreamweaver To add div's to it , But i cant think for the life of me , How do i div a Image which i am usein as my layout? To basically section it up? Please help Would be much appreciated thanks.

Or if there is a better way to add a Nav and content Onto a Layout i created in Photoshop Please let me know, Im tryin to do the rest of the work in dreamweaver cs3..

use the slices tool in photoshop and export your images separately.

CSS Image Maps - Flickr-like Technique?

Just look for css alternatives to image maps.
