Wordfruit

At the moment it's a Wordpress site - I need to get rid of the chunk of blue you see at the top of the site (the blue chunk is a result of my changing the banner image in the default theme of Wordpress, but making my new banner image 82px high instead of the default 200px) - I also need to get rid of the white writing over the blue - preferably without messing with the text in the browser bar or doing anything that would damage SEO.

I also need to figure out how to get rid of that blue and the text.

Who is your registrar?

Look up your domain with your registrar.
See what your NAME SERVER is.

Then check with your hosting provider and make sure their name server is the one you have listed with your Registrar.

If his name server was incorrect then his website wouldn't be displayed would it?

Depends.

If his files are on some server, somewhere (obviously, his site shows up).

But when he goes to the server where he thinks his site is served from, it is an empty directory.

Makes me think he's going to the wrong server.

There is a server that is serving his site, but it's not the one he's going to with his FTP.

I've done it. Identical site on two servers. I was uploading files to the non-live site, and wondering why there were no changes on the live site. Took me over an hour to realize my mistake.
