I need news on my website

Hello

Ive made a website for my local football team, its a very simple website, but thats the way we want it. Most of the pages do not need updated that often, the only part of it i need to keep updated it the club news page.

I was wondering if you know of any websites that can insert news for me in a simple tidy way, like they give me a code that goes into the html and i can updated the news feed like a blog?

Thanks

Why not wordpress or something? It would be extremely simple to just show the last few posts on a page and there's tons of documentation and community support if you get stuck.

I'm currently using wordpress as the website, ive got extremely bored of it.

I wonder could you strip down a wordpress blog and insert it into a iframe on a html website?

Why would you want to do that, exactly? Take a website and put it inside another website using a frame?!

If you want to continue using wordpress, you can get an RSS plugin which should allow you to post news on your site using various relevant RSS feeds (e.g. BBC sports news).
