Is this possible in flash...

To select all the keyframes in the timeline for a certain layer, and move them all along 3 shifts to the right > on the stage?
Or, alternatively, somehow move the whole stage to the left 3 shifts?
This would be a great help as just now the only solution is selecting each keyframe and moving them all individually.
A massive thanks for any help.

Search the help files for 'Edit Multiple Frames'.
It'll be a small icon at the bottom of the keyframe staging window.
