hi all
can anybody tell me what tool used to build yahoo maps ?
is it flex ?

You mean what tools are used to build Yahoo maps applications or the actual Yahoo maps API? When building an application using their JavaScript API you can use whatever tool you like.

if the question is: What client-side technology is used on Yahoo! Maps, Driving Directions, and Traffic ?
The answer is javascript.
