can anyone help me find my way around this minefield ??

i'm opening all kinds of support options and getting nowhere fast ... grrr !

if anyone's done it before and can help me get from A to B quickly, i'd be forever in your debt.

Sorry don't have exactly what you seek but I had issue with Paypal setup and got the answer here, perhaps you can dig sideways.
