Targetting an iFrame within Java menu

Im not the best when it comes to code so if someone could help me out it'd be appreciated ::

http://www.pixelvision.co.uk/iesa/template.htm this page has an iFrame and im trying to get the various pages to load in it via the javamenu.

Here is the configuration script for the menu http://www.pixelvision.co.uk/iesa/menu_array.js

instead of an <evil> iframe </evil>. Why not CSS it and use a DIV instead? that way you can reference the DIV #ID in the JS making life all that bit easier!

I think its...

Give the iframe an id# or a name and reference this with the menu just as you would to make contet appear in a pop-up....

Using the same "name" or "id" will load it into the same iframe all the time!

dont quote me on this.
