odd googles!
anyone know why this has happened to our very much established not parked site! (Do Good Advertising) sent a ticket to the hosting co. but wondered if you geeks could enlighten me. somewhat alarmed, as we like our googly page wanks etc. and don't fancy staring over.  personal --www.rogersartwork.com

Site could've been down during a Google site index. Create an xml sitemap and resubmit to Google sitemaps should be a quick fix. Follow DT updates on Twitter: http://twitter.com/designerstalk

grand. google usually visits swiftly so should be back up.. really don't want people thinking we have gone under! not good. will look into the google sitemaps in between times sub. personal --www.rogersartwork.com

I had a similar problem with Google a few months ago. I got a new domain, put a temporary site up, and linked to it from a few other sites I have/use. It got indexed and was coming up in 1st in some search results, and then the site just disappeared from the same search results all together for a week, then it came back. I think google sometimes forgets stuff. |
