Print Template - what software?

Guys i have a client that needs to update brochures selling properties.

They will need to change a few images and text. Everything will be defined in boxes like any other standard template.

It will be printed out to colour A3 paper.

This will be done daily, whats the best / cost effective software to use here?

Thanks.

Adobe InDesign?

Sods law is that they will expect you to come back with a Word template for them to edit or something.
