where can I go to get a tempalte or tutorial on how to create a website contract for a client? things from a 1 year comitment to monthly fees and what not....anyone know?

Try just checking out Google, also check out the basic templates they have at the Microsoft Office template section, make sure you modify the contract to fit your needs before you give it out. Read the contract many, many, many times and then have multiple read it to make it perfect.
