i would like to set up a link that brings up a download box. i have uploaded a .rar file onto my server but i do not know how how link anyone to it download it.

i would also like to be able to do it so that a picture is the link.

im not usre if people will understand this but i hope you all will and i hope somone can help.

Most browsers will bring an "open or save as" box.
