i have a xml feed which i have tested local and all is good, however it fails t respond when i integrate the online feed

$propertiesfeed = "http://propertyfeed..com/text.xml" ; 
// load the XML file 
$xml = @simplexml_load_file($propertiesfeed) or die ("no file loaded") ;

i can view the xml file in the browser no bother, and my script works fine locally?

can anyone help me troubleshoot this prob?
