i have a simple flash movie with an aif and wav files on it. and it won't let me export the movie. i went to the publish settings and toyed with it, and still won't let me. either i get a

'you are exporting audio as a quick time track but have not disabled streaming audio in the flash settings'

and

'i get quick time does not support audbe falsh tracks beyond flash version 5'
-but i clicked the flash player 4 or 5 in the setting, and i still get this message..

please help me out!

and i have a mac, so converting software doesn't work apparently.
