The guy in charge of my hosting pulled me aside the otherday and said my site was eating loads of bandwidth, so Im interested to see how much traffic Im getting, is there any good site stats hit trackers that would be useful to me that anyone knows of?

I use ShortStat. Very easy to set up. Very addictive too.

Do you not have hosting management tools ( online control panel)?
If so, you *should* have access to stats in there as it's one of the criteria/features of even the more basic web hosting accounts.
