I am designing a website and want as little code in it as possible.

I was wondering whether there is any way i can store the code for a video on an external file and same for the javascript code.

You know how through css you can have the code for the font and colours and all that in a .css file, is that possible to do for javascripts too and embded videos?

Don't know what you mean by video though. Depends on how you want the video to be viewed. You have to be more specific for that one.

if i my understanding is right.. your asking if you cud store a code for a page in a seperate file like the ones you see in a css file or javscript:

the answer is yes, you cud do that in javascript,and html frames

What i mean for the video is if you can store it in an external file like you can javascript and css. And thats the code for the video not the video itself.
