Trying to make a animated gif banner in flash thats 468px x 60px @ 31 fps.

Need it to be under 30k

To get the graphics looking decent I end up with a file size of 800k

Any ideas?

Its ok, I've sussed it.

As soon as you tween anything, file size goes through the roof.
