I have talked to him, he fobbed me off, i've had discussions with multiple people about it. He still just sits in his office scrolling through his inbox every lesson. It's completely de-motivating. I'm not the first to complain either, nor am I exaggerating. I'd kill to be taught some new techniques, skills or applications from someone who is much more skilled than me. When he does actually get us together as a group, he tells us to analyse images that we've already analysed before, specifically. This is the only time since september we've sat down as a class and been 'dictated' to. The situation sounds so ridiculous but that's honestly the way it is. They didn't even show the students how to use photoshop, because they can't use it themselves. I didn't know what kerning was until I signed up here.

What do you mean by that anyway? Most of the people in my class are 17/18. Anyone with eyes could see that there is a total lack of teaching, nothing to do with quality just the absense of it. Granted we don't know what's best for us, but I think it's pretty clear somethings not right.
