There's an artistic Constable joke in there somewhere, but I can't quite nail it.

I have learnt on my own so far, but I just didn't expect to be doing so at college, at least not totally.

So speak to him about it? Hes a teacher/tutor - its his job and he will know that, I can't see him having a problem with you asking for help.

I have talked to him, he fobbed me off, i've had discussions with multiple people about it. He still just sits in his office scrolling through his inbox every lesson. It's completely de-motivating. I'm not the first to complain either, nor am I exaggerating. I'd kill to be taught some new techniques, skills or applications from someone who is much more skilled than me. When he does actually get us together as a group, he tells us to analyse images that we've already analysed before, specifically. This is the only time since september we've sat down as a class and been 'dictated' to. The situation sounds so ridiculous but that's honestly the way it is. They didn't even show the students how to use photoshop, because they can't use it themselves. I didn't know what kerning was until I signed up here.

Exactly.

What do you mean by that anyway? Most of the people in my class are 17/18. Anyone with eyes could see that there is a total lack of teaching, nothing to do with quality just the absense of it. Granted we don't know what's best for us, but I think it's pretty clear somethings not right.

No. Cheers for the constructive criticism though.

I'm currently looking for a job and can think of even more impressive graphics than a mere cuntstab but I would also like to get the job.
Thank you. Carry on.

Gotta start somewhere, knife in the cunt; as good a place as any. Or maybe not.

Glad to help. There's probably a job for you on South Park, if nothing else works out.

Double page spread I think.
I am more than reluctant to show my tutor this.

There is a brief behind all this nastiness by the way, it's not just random filth.

Judging by that interpretation of a vagina, I'm guessing you've never seen a real one. Work on the flaps.

Don't be ridiculous, this is the internet. Even virgins have seen a 'real' vag. At the moment it's a pretty non-descript vag, purposely.. I'll see how it goes. I've got graphics in an hour, so I can go flap crazy then. I might get some looks...

I'm not making you read the thread. No need to act like an elitist blowhard mate. If you don't like it, don't need to troll about it. Same for everyone else who is so quick to provide their useful criticism. I'm happy with someone not liking this stuff aslong as you tell me how to improve instead of just trying to insult me. Do you regard people without portfolios and 3 years experience in the field as a lower lifeform?
