hi folks.

I got problems with photoshop. Im trying to delete parts of a object, but it doesnt happend. I checked layer settings its not grouped with any layer either. hmmz.. im stuck .. somene hel me?

your layer could be locked - check the padlock icon on your layers palette...
can you modify any of the other layers at all?
you could also try to copy the layer into a new document - via copy & paste - and then try to do the changes and then import it back to your design...
apart from that - it's difficult to tell... need more info
