Anyone got any links for designing email campaigns? e.g. heatmapping and optimisation for html email campaigns.

I can give you some tips on the building, but as far as heatmapping and optimisation I have no idea.

Don't know about heatmapping but campaignmonitor offers loads of info on effectively building and tracking email marketing campaigns.

I don't think you can heatmap an email because you would need a javascript script or similar for it to work and it isn't supported in emails.
