Sorry I am not rude on purpose, I have a lot on my plate at this current time.

Well why didn't you just say so in the first place - now your rudeness is entirely justified.

Still no please.

Seriously, if you have a question about something you are confused about and need help, then there is no problem with asking for it. Thats what a lot of people do on this site. But your problem is that you don't actually know how to do what you need to do at all, and you are asking us how to do it step by step. And I think that while many/most people here are more than willing to help someone do something, when it comes to actually doing the whole thing for someone, well thats what most people here get paid for.

So back to my original answer, the best way to do what you need to do is to either learn CSS or to pay someone to do what you need to do. At the moment you don't have the skills necessary to do what needs to be done, which means those are your only two options.

I only need to know how to get some text middle aligned.

I done some homework, and i found this,

span { vertical-align:middle; }
td { vertical-align:top; }

I know one of them is for tables, and the other must be for div tags, but i put this in the css file, and nothing happned.

I found this here, CSS Properties List

I would use the w3's websites, but i find that far too confusing, so if you could please tell me how to do this, it would be very nice of you, and i wouldnt be able to thank you enought.

Go to Tizag Tutorials. it has good tutorials for beginners. If you're the type that likes to hop around and learn random smidgets, this site is good for that, too.

Agian, that site only tells me the code for tables, not for div tags.

If someone knows the code for div tags please let me know asap.

1) Buy a book on CSS
2) Study said book until you have a good grasp on CSS
3) Learn about absolute and relative positioning in order to figure out how you can do it

Or alternatively

1) phone a web design company
2) discuss your needs
3) pay them money to design your site for you

Two three step processes. Good luck!

The site is designed, but only 1 problem with it, the menu headings are valigned to the top of the div tags.

Hold on, just a thought, would them tags over power the tags for the middle?
