It will completely depends on what type of fashion and beauty website you are looking at creating.

You can get lots of free fonts at dafont, urbanfonts and fontleech to name but a few.

I like to choose my font after I have the layout and color of the site so you can fit the font to the design.

IMPACT, great for magazines. A magazine i worked for recently, (one designer job) used impact on almost every page, and on the front page. He also told me to use Zapf Chancery one day.

Seriously though, Just look for something that works well with the content. for example don't use a space age font on some clothes from natural fabrics or something crazy like that. I don't know fashion so totally made that up....

An industry like fashion, which is related to design, probably has any number of typefaces that are appropriate. It all depends on what you're trying to communicate and the response you want visitors to have.

I take it this site/company doesn't have any sort of established brand?
