need you to test if you can see this IP

edit : IP removed

had a few clients saying they can get access to any site on this server, nor can they get emails going through it. think it may be a prob with virgin but not sure

if you can't get it, can you tell me what happens when you ping the IP?

Not on Virgin Media, I am on Zen, but here is what I get.

Strange if it is just not working on Virgin Media. When I have had clients unable to view websites before, usually a router reboot fixes it for them. (either reboot via router control panel, and/or unplug from power and telephone for at least a minute)

thats what your ment to get, working on your side

router reboot, server reboot, etc has all be tried. now 3 clients on virgin are having problems... very strange indeed.
