Hello everyone,

well I'm new here. Suppose I could introduce myself a bit.: I'm 26 years old, software developer (mostly java, .net, php). Recently I have taken an interest into webdesign. I don't know why, probably because I had to redesign the user interface of the cms I'm working on. Now I'm learning and the xhtml & css side of the story is coming along nicely. But graphics design, well...

For instance. I have found a great template on joomlashack namely this one:
(I can't post urls) demotemplates.joomlashack.com/aqua_dark If you look closely you will see that the design is surrounded by a border. Now I have no idea what the best way is to create such a border. I was hoping someone could help me out here. Thanks in advance.
