I am working on a site and there is a CSS error that has come up. The URL is hispanamerica.org/new/node/2 and if you shrink the window size you will see that the the footer image comes up on the text on that page. I believe it is a "clear" issue with the CSS. Can someone please let me know the fix for this? It is greatly appreciated.

It looks like your problem could be that you have specified height:95% for #container, but your footer is outside of the container.
Your best bet is probably just to remove the height:95% from #container, and add a margin-top to #footer.
