Day and Night

Hi.

I was wondering if it was possible to change a website's CSS file when the time turned to 7pm for example.

I would have a light and dark CSS file. In the daytime the website would use light.css and at night the website would use dark.css.

Any suggestions? Also if you've seen this done before, please direct me to the website. Thanks. I hope I've explained it well.

Yeah, you could do it with a bit of javascript or a bit of server side coding.
