Filling in the HOLES!!!

Hello Everyone,
I have been trying to use Bitmap fonts in dynamic flash text boxes, which is all very well but when I embed the font outlines most, not all, of the holes get filled in. I have tried downloading different fonts and they all seem to behave the same. Please help me!! My head is a shed!!

Are you using fonts specifically designed for use in Flash?
Not all bitmaps are optimised for use with flash and consequently have the problems you describe.

Also, make sure that the font sizes are kept in whole pixels and sit exactly on a pixel grid (i.e. 5.0px, not 5.01px)

Cheers Bill & oli. Got the size, whole pixel thing down - not a problem with antialias. Problem with filled in holes.
Anyone got a place for FREE Flash optimised fonts???
