Does anyone know how i can make a mailing list box, where some one will put in there email and it comes to my email address, so they can join my mailing list?

Um...an HTML form?

Just use whatever server-side language you want to have it email you the person's address.

Generally, these signups will write the user's email address into a database for distribution instead of mailing you an address.
