I've been asked to design some animated content for a mobile which will be received by bluetooth, anyone know what dimensions/pixels i should design it for? and how big the size of the file should be?

Here's a 78 page PDF that I've found before on mobile design. Ok, don't move on, you don't need all 78 pages. It's very well done, and although it doesn't give guidelines specifically for animated content, perhaps its contents will give you an idea on how to plan dimension/pixel-wise.

FWIW, skip to page 38 and on to bypass all the intro and hype gibberish. Page 38 shows how to test with images, and I'm supposing you could emulate these tests to see what dimensions for your animated content will work for the most users.

To me, it still looks like it's inconsistent when designing for mobile across the board. Do your best to design what will work for the most.

If this is way off from what you're looking for, I tried...
