html form

My question is simple. I have the code

Code:
</label> <p> <label>E-mail: <input name="textfield2" type="text" class="style194" /> </label> </p> <p> <label>Question or Concern: <textarea name="textarea" cols="40" rows="4" class="style194"></textarea> </label> </p>

The lable "Name" and "E-mail" align with the text box perfectly because the text box and text are about the same hight. But the last one, the "Question or Concern" is a text area. And it has the label "Question or Concern." But the text aligns with the bottom of the textarea on the left hand side. How do you align the text "Question or Concern" with the text area so that it is on the left hand side but also in the middle hight of the text area? Something like valign="middle" or whatever. Thanks

Never mind. I found another way of doing it.
