Does anyone have any self promotion ideas?

Send an informative, correctly spelled and intelligently worded press release by snail mail in a handwritten envelope with a stamp to as many editors of magazines and newspapers as you can find.
(May not work in areas with low circulation/readership rates).

website - make one, advertise it everywhere you go - especially on the web in forums, in signatures, tell mates, everyone you meet make sure you let them know what you do

business card etc etc
