Putting together a crack team.
My job currently is developing an e-learning portfolio based on our print catalogue, with our sister company providing the majority of the technology, mobile platforms, properitary tools etc. As we are quite a small company I'm getting stretched all over the places, co-ordinating development, testing, providing some tech support. My skills lie in design and production of graphics, html, css, the general skillsets of a typical web designer. We have landed a pretty hefty contract and have some money to invest in the 'team'. I'm asking on advice on who I should be targetting and what skills. One area I'm defo lacking in is general programming of web tech, xml, php, sql et al, but so far this has been covered by using our sister company as a tech reserve. Do I suggest for a fresh graduate looking for experience or someone with good experience? Also would there be stock in getting in a general production assistant? |
