opening a quarkexpress 7 document in a previous version?

I have quarkexpress 7 obviously not everyone else does yet. So, how do I open my documents on a previous version? I was hoping I could just do a 'save as' and save it as a previous version but I haven't found a way to do this. Has anyone got any ideas? I'm hoping I'm missing something really simple. Otherwise, I won't be able to supply documents to venders who haven't got the latest software.
Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. Found it. Why do you think it's shite?

Thanks a lot. I can see how to do it now. But wondering why you think it's shite?
Have you found converting a quark 7 to quark 6 causes some kind of damage to your document?
