Can anyone point me in the right direction of some software that can create an online brochure?

I saw a website a while ago (but I can't remember the link!) that had images on the left hand column and when you clicked on one of these thumbnails it showed a larger image on the right.

Basically the client wants people to access the site and print off the brochure easily from it - maybe someone has a better suggestion for this?
