Hi,
I am looking for a web template... not the cruddy web design templates that are 10 a penny on the net at the moment but one which would include advance features. I want to start a download site but have no advanced programming skills I can handle HTML and CSS and action script. There must be templates out there somewhere that could help me out.

You should have some programing skills in a server side language to to that.
