Constant Opening Page?

Is anyone else getting our site constantly opening, like there is something not loaded correctly?

Cheers!

What could you suggest to make it better? Is it the design or the way it works? Cheers.

The way Flash has been used is OK imho. It adds a little visual interest and the movements are completed fast enough for them not to be intrusive. But I dislike the way Flash renders the small copy - it gets a bit blurry but that's not something you can do much about.
Nice layout too.
